~ Collaboration to focus on Financial Inclusion and Regional Issues-Resolving ~

Financie, Inc. (Head Office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Hironao Kunimitsu; hereinafter “Financie”) announces that it has entered into a capital and business alliance with TIS Inc. (President: Yasushi Okamoto, hereafter TIS). With financial inclusion and resolution of regional issues as the main themes, the two parties will collaborate on strategies, projects, intellectual property and human resources to promote joint business centred on the incorporation of settlement functions in Community Tokens and NFT-related businesses, to link existing financial services, and to build a community through links with furusato nōzei(hometown tax donation program), electronic resident registration, and even digital currencies. The two companies will strive to further expand their businesses by providing each other with resources such as strategic and project information, intellectual property and human resources. In the long term, collaboration in the fields of IEO support and security area is also planned.

Background and purpose of the capital alliance
